Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to refund purchases (not including sale items) provided they are returned by registered mail in their original, unworn condition within 12 working days from receipt. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us; shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is not included in the refund. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded; others will be returned to the customers at their own cost. Damaged items will be rejected by our returns department.

SALE ITEMS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT

ITEMS (non-sale) MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 12 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM FOR REFUND. AFTER THE 12 DAYS, STORE CREDIT FOR THE ITEM WILL BE ISSUED.
